Donna Florio, a blogger for Southern Living, recently admitted her fondness for boxed wines. Some reasons she cited for this boxed wine affection included; affordability, great tasting wines now being boxed and boxed wines’ ability to stay fresher longer than bottled wines.
To convince her foodie friends to give boxed wines a try she arranged a blind ‘bottled v. box’ wine tasting.
Her panelists enjoyed these boxed wines the best over their bottled counterparts.
