Beginnings of “Golitsyn Wines” trademark, as well as all Crimean winemaking, are dated back to 1878, when great duke Lev Sergeyevich Golitsyn (1845-1915) started his first vineyards. As early as then he set himself a noble goal: to produce high-quality wines, which would be competitive as to the foreign product, in Crimea. In order to achieve this purpose today, our winemakers work turning out products of “Golitsyn Wines” ТМ.

Today, “Golitsyn Wines” ТМ produces 11 types of wine, which are successfully exported to Latvia, Belorussia and Kazakstan. Ukrainian consumers have also seen the true value and quality of drinks produced by “Golitsyn Wines” ТМ.

Wines of this TM are produced of the best vine varieties at Yevpatoriya winery – one of the largest ones in Crimea and Ukraine. Products of “Golitsyn Wines” TM participates in taste competitions on a regular basis.

A recipe for success of “Golitsyn Wines” TM is simple: it lies in use of natural product only, sophisticated winemaking technology, the basis of which is a heritage of a great Crimean winemaker Duke L.S. Golitsyn, as well as in quality control at each stage of production (from vine growing to the product supply to the consumers).

Golitsin Wines Awards

Collection of “Golitsyn Wines” TM counts a lot of awards obtained at the exhibitions in Ukraine, Russia, and Georgia. In 2004 “Golitsyn Wines” TM was awarded the title “Gold Trademark of Ukraine”. In 2007 “Golitsyn Wines” TM won regional stage of the contest “Top 100 of Ukrainian goods”, which was conducted with a motto “The best goods of Crimea – Crimean quality”.
