We craft our Cabernet Sauvignon primarily from grapes grown along California’s cool Central Coast. Full-bodied, yet smooth and easy-drinking, this wine offers lovely blackberry and cinnamon spice aromas and a sumptuous palate of dark berry, dried cherry, vanilla and toasted oak flavors, culminating in a soft, full finish. It's a great Cabernet for accompanying roasted beef or dishes with full flavored sauces.

Shiraz is a wine known for its spicy, full bodied character. Our Shiraz "displays aromas of fresh blackberry, cherry and floral notes with hints of pepper and wood spice. A lush texture, with subtle tannins and notes of vanilla and toasted oak, lead to a soft and supple finish."

This complex, full-bodied Chardonnay is fresh and bright. Tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and banana are accented by hints of floral spice and creamy oak. The rich palate of lush citrus, pineapple and mango flavors persists through a long, refreshing finish.

Our finest Chardonnay is crafted from carefully selected grapes grown in Napa Valley, America’s most prestigious wine region. Its lovely aromas display fragrant baked apple, ripe pear and toasted vanilla scents, while the full, complex palate offers rich pear, apple and toasted oak flavors balanced by a refreshing crispness.

Our premier Merlot is crafted from select lots from California\'s legendary Sonoma County. Velvety and lush in the mouth it exhibits aromas of leathery plums and cinnamon-spiced oak. The smooth, aged textured palate is complemented by sweet red currant flavors. The finish is long and warm with resolved tannins.

On the nose, our Bota Box Cabernet Sauvignon has full aromas of current, blackberry, and black cherry that blend well with sweeter aromas of vanilla and toasted bread. This medium-bodied wine has rich, well-developed flavors of cherry, blackberry and a hint of oak to compliment the fruit.

Our 2008 Chardonnay has a bright, golden color with aromas of tropical fruit complemented by vanilla and hazelnut. On the palate, the wine has a full mouthfeel with flavors of pear, apple, and citrus, which lead into a long finish with a hint of oak.

This lovely 2006 Merlot has a soft nose of plum and dark berry fruits with oak and spice nuances. On the palate the wine remains true to our style with fruit forward flavors of cherry with a hint of vanilla and toasty notes. The finish is smooth and well-balanced making this Merlot supple and easy to drink.

Bota Box Old Vine Zinfandel is dark and jammy with aromas of blueberry, blackberry and dark cherry. These same fruit flavors carry through to the palate where they mingle with hints of dark chocolate and toasty vanilla.

This wine exhibits citrus, candy, and floral aromas that are supported by flavors of lemon, vanilla, and stone fruit in the mouth. It has a rich texture and mouthfeel with a light mineral and ginger flavor on its extended finish giving it a refreshing quality.

Our 2008 Bota Box Shiraz remains true to character with complex aromas of spice, blackberry, and red cherry. On the palate, this wine has a soft, supple mouthfeel with flavors of blueberries, spice, and oak nuances that lead into a lingering finish. This wine is perfect to serve with grilled meats, slightly spicy foods, or rich, ripe cheeses.
