Bulgara is a popular wine label owned by the Strandja Winery – Chateau Rossenovo. The plant was set up in 1998 and lies near the little village of Rosenovo, the Burgass region of Bulgaria. The plant’s production units are situated in a most picturesque place on the foothill of Stranja, almost in the very centre of the vineyards with the total area of about 300 hectares. The vast experience of the company’s staff and old traditions of winemaking produce excellent results. Winemaking is a traditional occupation of natives and Chateau Rossenovo’s staff tries not only to preserve but also to improve the reputation of Bulgarian winemaking.

Bulgara Kadarka Tasting Notes

Natural red semi-sweet semi, of the Kadarka grape grown in the North-West wine-making region of Bulgaria. The wine is characterized by its deep pomegranate color, fresh and bright fruit aroma, and a tender and slight ly tart flavor. Kadarka has an exceptionally pleasant finish.
