Bulgara Muscat

Bulgara is a popular wine label owned by the Strandja Winery – Chateau Rossenovo. The plant was set up in 1998 and lies near the little village of Rosenovo, the Burgass region of Bulgaria. The plant’s production units are situated in a most picturesque place on the foothill of Stranja, almost in the very centre of the vineyards with the total area of about 300 hectares. The vast experience of the company’s staff and old traditions of winemaking produce excellent results. Winemaking is a traditional occupation of natives and Chateau Rossenovo’s staff tries not only to preserve but also to improve the reputation of Bulgarian winemaking.
Bulgara Muscat Tasting Notes
Natural white semi-sweet wine. The Muscat grape was grown in the East Black Sea wine-making region of Bulgaria. The wine has a golden color, and a characterful fruity aroma. The flavour of the Bulgara Muscat is rich, full of fruit and flower notes with a long sweet finish. This wine has nice acidity.
Food Pairing
The wine is recommended to be served colled to t +12ºС…+14ºС with white meat dishes, light appetizers and fruits.
