El Prado Macabeo Chardonnay Tasting Notes
This wine combines Macabeo – the premier white grape of this region – with Chardonnay. The result is a dry, refreshing white, which is both full of fruity, with a hint of peach and citrus flavours. A dry, refreshing and fruity white from hillside vineyards near to the Mediterranean city of Valencia.

Excellent as an apertif, it also goes well with simple, lightly flavoured dishes such as cold meats, fish and salads.
