Scholle Packaging has patented film and tap technology combine to enhance package performance and maximize consumer convenience. Bag-In-Box packaging is designed to protect wines from oxidizing weeks after opening to provide consumers with a satisfying wine experience.
We have the ability to manufacture both standard retail sizes:
- 1.5 liter
- 3 liter
- 4 liter
- 5 liter
Or, the more-common commercial sizes:
- 10 liter
- 16 liter
- 18 liter
- 20 liter
Films
Scholle Packaging has a wide range of films that best suits the needs of your product. Our bags are typically composed of two layers of film. The first layer makes direct contact with your wine. This layer is comprised of FlexiTuff®, a food-grade polyethylene film.
The second, or outer layer provides the barrier properties. DuraShield® and HyBar® are our non-metallized or metallized film offerings. Both of these films have been engineered to provide various barrier properties. We have provided links
